Riverwood Casual's furniture is all hand crafted and finished per order to insure color consistency of finish and alignment/stability of parts. Each piece is a unique work of art.

All furniture is built with rust-proof stainless steel hardware. We use an outdoor adhesive to add structural strength so that the furniture can last for many years. There are hidden fasteners for a clean look and aesthetic appeal. This will eliminate water pockets on the surface of the wood. Each piece is premium, kiln-dried Cypress for structural durability, weather and decay resistance. No CCA (chromate copper arsenate) treated wood is used.

The painted finishing is multi step process utilizing a water base exterior acrylic paint for color coats with a clear acrylic topcoat for additional protection. All coatings are environmentally friendly and comply with all air quality restrictions. A mildew resistant and UV protector is also added in the coatings. Weathered, Accent and Designer Finish is achieved by using an extra finishing process called "dry brushing" before the final protective coating is applied. We DO NOT sand through the protective coating.

Cushion fabrics are also available. They are 100% Solution Dryed Acrylic fiber and each cushion has a zipper on the back so it can be removed for cleaning.
