Our Finish: We use finishes provided by a long-time manufacturer of coatings who pioneered the development of high solid, waterborne, acrylic finishing materials used in a variety of applications. In addition, we apply a waterborne, acrylic, clear topcoat to the final color coat to enhance the color and seal the finish from the damaging effects of constant weather changes. All coatings are made of 100% environmentally friendly, acrylic resins that are the standard for premium exterior coatings. However, the surface integrity on any wood product left out in the elements is dependent on the degree of exposure. Use of this product in environments with substantial temperature fluctuations, moisture, and saltwater will over time take their toll on wood. Users should expect some swelling, discoloration, and minimal surface cracks or splits due to environmental changes. These are natural occurrences and should not be considered as defects. Our Wood: Cypress is a naturally decay-resistant wood with high paint retention characteristics and is harvested from the coastal plain forests of the southeastern United States. Because of its resistance to moisture, this renewable resource has many outdoor uses, such as decking, docks, porch flooring, greenhouses, siding, and stadium seats. One of the most popular uses of cypress is for outdoor furniture.

Our Hardware: All bolts, washers and nuts are made of stainless steel and will never rust or stain wood. Our all weather screws are hidden from the elements in protected pockets or holes so that water does not stand in holes. Due to the natural movement of wood, fasteners need to be tightened from time to time. All pre-assembled joints are screwed and glued with weather resistant glue.

Out Warranty: We offer a limited, one year warranty that the furniture we manufacturer will be free from defects of material or workmanship. The company will repair or replace any piece of furniture found to be defective. Care Instructions: Monthly, wipe furniture with a soft cloth dipped in a mild soap and water solution to remove dust, dirt, and surface mold; wipe again with a soft cloth dipped in clear water; and wipe dry with soft cloth. If your product has cushions, clean the acrylic fabrics with mild soap and water.

It is recommended, for the ultimate performance and life expectancy of our products, that exposure to the harmful rays of the sun be limited if possible. When used in shaded and covered areas, extended years of use and enjoyment can be expected. During the winter months it is recommended to cover expose furniture with breathable weatherproof covers.
